Leave a CommentOne bit of information i omitted:http://jbwa****istillers.com/tag/pure-water/JB Water Distillers1104 E SorensonMesa, AZ 85203(480) 969-3193info@jbwa****istillers.comThis company is not testing water as a public service. They sell it as marketable goods and services. If enough people report them, this company may have to c****e their marketing strategy.
My experience was similar to others above. The guy said he was from JB Waters and his company is in South St. Paul and doing a "survey".Caller ID read as Red Wing 651-309-1944. At the number one gets an answering ma****e.I strongly suspect that this is a scam and they are probably selling nothing authentic, but i have no evidence. We are on the National Do Not Call List (NDNCL). The telemarketer insisted that it is legal to call with surveys. He is wrong. The National Do Not Call List Q&A:http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt107.shtm"What about telephone surveys? If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered — that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry."If you have been on the NDNCL for more than 31 days you can file a complaint:www.donotcall.gov or by calling the registry’s toll-free number at 1-888-382-1222 (TTY: 1-866-290-4236)
They called me three times within two hours on my cell phone. I did not answer any of the calls, but they kept calling.
SOMEONE REPORT THAT F***ER!
****up when they thought I was a business based on how I answered phone,
Called my cell phone - I couldn't answer - no Caller ID - no message left.
This number has been calling me - I answered today and they said they were from JB Waters and wanted to test my water and it was a free service. I told them I would need to verify who they were and they offered to give me a web site and then they ***g up. I called the number back to remove my number from their list. Very Shady that they wanted to send someone to my house.
If you call the number back it gives you the option to have your number removed from the calling list and then they stop calling ;)
This number called me today and said they were JB Waters and wanted to test my water. They wondered if I was going to be home on Tuesday. I didn't give them any information, but they have been calling almost every day until they finally got to talk to me. I looked online and didn't find anything under that name, but it shows up on my caller ID as Hastings, MN
No caller ID. I answer my phone -- missed it, was on another line.Who are they?
Every time my wife answer the phone they ****up, I believe is because I am Latino and my wife is american, and they target immigrants, that not complain to the authorities. I call then back and I "remove" my number from there list.
and they will stop calling. everytime you answer they know it is a "Hot" number and will still call you. I learn to (thru caller I.D.) not to answer. Yes, it is annoying but Why answer it?
A reverse search shows that this number is owned by Broadwing Communications, LLC, a division of Level 3 Communications of Texas. They may be using it to make illegal cold calling direct marketing calls at dinner time. At the very least they have untrained, impolite employees. My wife took their call, from a female employee. The caller asked for me. My wife explained that she was my wife and asked who the caller was. Then the caller ***g up with no further explanation. So my wife asks me who this lady is that is calling me. Oh, great. All I need during dinner. Let's all report this number to the MN attorney general so we can kick this outfit out of Minnesota.
Keeps calling and ****ing up -- sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. When I answer and ask them to stop calling they curse at me and ****-up -- but s**** calling a***n within a few days.
Person on the phone called my wife a **cking **tch before ****ing up after telling her we weren't interested in services.
