Anonymous This call cam 9:16 AM very disturbing, he was *********ing in the picture and I deleled it immediately.

This number is a scam. They try selling you so****ing from Craigslist and say its a door pickup only and try getting your money first. don't give them any info and run.

Zerobs been calling 2 to 5 times a day for at least six weeks now ... haven't answered yet but obviously either a spammer or bill collector near twin cities area

This is First National Collection Bureau. They use caller ID numbers in your local area to make you beleive that you're getting a local call from someone..  (This call says that they were calling from Hastings, MN which they were not.)This company is someone you REALLY want to watch out for as they're crafty and use illegal tactics to collect on debts that you either don't owe, or are beyond the statute of limitations. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/collection-agencies/clear-record.htmlRead up here, and then do your reseearch. They make false claims, call at hours of the day they're not allowed to, and mis-represent themselves. They have violated several statutes of the FDCPA with me just while I was trying to get through their phone calls to figure out who they claim I owe money to. The ONLY way they would even discuss the "who" is only after I gave up personal information, a***n, a violation of the FDCPA. They're also required to send notification by postal mail within 48 hours of the first telephone contact to which they have not. A***n, another violation of the FDCPA.  (I got them to verify that they had my address) Just because they have your information does not in itself validate anything. The process they use to ***t people down is flawed. They look for close "hits" to the person they're trying to read and go after that person to collect. Many collection agencies have actually collected money from people that was never even owed by using forceful tactics. Collection agencies ARE necessary to collect on debts, but there is still a reason why we have the FDCPA.

Another phone number from an area code in a remote area of the U.S.  Either a scam, telemarketer or debt collector.  All of the above.....get a real job and stop harassing people actually WORKING.

First Financial debt collection.  Called every day for a week and did not leave a message.  I called them back and spoke with a rude CSR.

This seems to be a relay message service for the hard of hearing.

I keep getting weird calls from many different area codes.  They "mimic" colleciton calls but give no name and ask for no one specific.  Since I have excellent credit and do not owe anyone (except my mortgage holder) any money, I know they aren't for me.  The caller leaves a message that makes it sound official...just an "urgent matter" that needs my attention.  I am ask to call an 866 number...in this case 866-350-7727.  It varies with each call.  I am on both my state's (CO) no call list and the federal no call list.  I have returned a couple of the calls just to see what happens..they tell me they are looking for Zua Moa...or some such riciculously fake sounding name. One gave me a foriegn souding address to go along with Zua.  I have been getting these calls once or twice a day for almost a month.I have been told by one or two of them that it is Global International when I call back.  I believe this to be a wide spread scam, looking for vunerable people who DO in fact owe money to someone.  My state's attorney's office said they have know about this for over a year and did several press releases about it...which I must have missed.  No word yet on how to stop them.  I have reported them to the Federal no call list.
