Anonymous Claimed to be from the Minnesota Department of Health, wanted to do a survey and would not take no for an answer. Had to **** up as person kept trying to talk over me

Caller would not tell me who they were with, but asked me to verify my info. They had address incorrect by a couple house numbers, but had the last few numbers of my SSN. Overall it just sounded fishy.
