EMPI had an employee leave a laptop in their car, while stopped at a coffee shop in Roseville MN The laptop was stolen while the employee was inside. EMPI advised to call for a copy of the police report. EMPI claims no data is at risk, then advised to place a credit hold on all my bank cards. Also, they advised my Dr's name and contact info, my patient # and patient ID, all my insurance ID info, my medical history and treatments, all my EMPI products ordered, my card and payment info was on that stolen laptop. Oh sure, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! What can some **** do out there?

EMPI ACTIVE...not as great as the two leads up my spinal cord...but still very useful n handy! :)

same thing for me. it's empi checking on m tens unit.

i just received a call from them, it was valid.  It was EMPI checking if my tens unit was working for me.  I just received this unit 2 weeks ago.
