Received the first call on 1/17/11.  Guy said he was getting information for Kaiser Permanente on how to better serve their clients.  I s****ed to answer the questions and then said I was going to end the call and ***g up.  Since then I get calls every day but do not answer them.

It's not spam. Anderson Niebuh****ociates do research for KP and are very persistent in getting the info they need. I was getting a lot of calls until I agreed to do the survey. The survey was very generic about Kaiser services, facilities, and insurance in general. No personal questions. Mostly affects new (er) members.

I was contacted by that scammer, too.Reportedly calling to take a "SURVEY FOR KAISER PERMNENTE."  The surveyor asked to speak with the person who is served by Kaiser. The same woman called twice: (1)during and after dinner (2)early the next morning. This morning, I asked for her name and number and offered to have someone call her back. She said it had to be the person who has KAISER, and asked who would that be. I did not furnish a name, of course. I became increasingly su****ious.  So, I replied by asking for her name and number. She giggled and said they were there 24 hours a day, and once a***n tried to get a specific name out of me. I told her it would be a person who may be covered by the aforementioned giant insurance company.I felt like a dentist trying to pull out a tooth. However, the agressive mystery woman finally declared that her name is "MELLISA" and could be reached at 1 (888) 709-9874 (Unfortunately, I am not able to recall her last name right now). It was not possible to get more information because we do not have Caller ID.When I tried to call the number back using with a distinctive phone company feature, a recording said the number was not available to be reached that way. Strange!I called 1 (888) 709-9874, which is the number above that the mystery caller furnished. The person who answered said, "Anderson Niebuh****ociates." While attempting to find information from the internet, a search led me to this web site. Clearly, I am now certain this is a scam.I plan to report the scam as soon as I finish this note.
