I have been called by this number twelve times in less than twenty minutes even after I blocked it they still somehow get through and **** up my voicemail claiming I need to verify my account and if I didn't do it to hit zero then the pound ****on and no matter what I do they won't stop calling.

This number called my phone and when I try to call it back all I get is a dial tone. I used yellow pages.com and it said it was registered to a Todd. R. Anderson and he lives only a few blocks away.... Not sure what to do here
