These folks call my cell number as much as 4 times a day. I just don't answer, and there's never a VM.

I received one today also on my cell phone. I do not have a Dell. I called the number back and it said that it was not in service.  Thanks for posting your questions and their answer, so I could figure it out.

It is Dell customer service for warrenty calls, and yes the call is from India.
