I received multiple calls from a gentleman stating that his name was Kevin Foster and that he would be picking my up in 2hrs to take me to court and that i would be arrested for failure to pay on a loan with CashNet, he proceeded to tell me that he would like to speak with my supervisor to let them know that i would be going to jail and the reasons why. He asked me where I would be in two hrs, he knew my email address and advised me that i owed $1,095.00 and if I couldn't pay in full today i would be going to jail. he proceeded to read me an affidavit, he was not professional and proceeded to tell me that it was obvious that i wanted to get into a legal mess and that I was previously informed of this case, which I was not. He continues to call multiple times a day. The number 661-210-4682 only gives you fast busy signals when you call it back. he is harassing me at work non-stop constantly threatening me, and stating that so****ing bad is going to happen to me and that he wishes me goodluck.

I received a call from a ***9618518 wanting to to speak with my husband I advise them that he is not home. They in turn called my husband Place of Business... Said that this officer Ryan and that he will be arrested if he doesnot pay this loan. My husband calls me and advise him that he cannot be arrested ( i was a collector for 10 yr) I called this number 661 210 4682 and spoke Mr Ryan I advise him that he is running a scam, and I wanted to know what account this payday loan wentinto the man ***g up the phone !!!!!!PLEASE BEWARE
