S Thomas Addendum for previous comment: I forgot to add that the amount she said I owe was incorrect, so that's when I became suspicious.

S Thomas States they're student loan consolidation company. She stated that Ed South pays them to call students to save them money. She gives you your information and wants you to verify it. She got angry because I wouldn't set up an appointment for telephone consultation. At the end of the call I told her to email me the information and I would look over it. Before I could say, ok, she hung up on me.

Lawyer Bill Claimed to be from "System Mechanic" and that my computer did not accept the latest update. He wanted to access my computer to 'fix' it. NO THANKS. YOU'RE A FRAUD. - then I hung up. Sounded like an Indian accent.

Letha They called wanting to tell me about the different sales etc the dealership was having. We don't want a new car now. Wouldn't tell me their company name but told which dealership they were working with.

Received a call from this # and rich Indian Accent proceeded to inform me that my computer was informing him that it had issues , Said he was from ilio System Mechanic and to log into his site. I told him he was a lair-er and that System Mech. does not call their users.. He told me to go to hell and hung up... .

budfrump Received this call in the early afternoon - same jazz - they need to get into my computer to 'fix' issues. Told them to 'F-off' & to stop calling. In calling the number back the ringing signal changed to a double ring tone - like in Europe - no one answered. If this group is in Atlanta - as it shows when it's Goggled - I'm crazy then. As usual, this is another prank/fraud - don't know why people fall for this. Hopefully, they'll stop calling but I doubt it...

Ella These people call every day claiming I'm being charged for fraud for a payday loan back in 2010 that I got on a closed account. They leave a message saying that it's their final attempt to reach me but they call every day. Ridiculous!

anonymous We do not know who this is. No message was left and we NEVER pick up the phone anymore. It is most likely another SCAM of some sort. We got another call last week some time with the same area code: 678-853-2325. The area code indicates that the call is coming from Georgia somewhere but don't believe anything you see in caller ID anymore. Recent news report from local police stated that phone scams are on the increase but scammers are hard to catch since, most of the calls are coming from overseas, despite what you see in your caller ID. Simple and inexpensive apps allow the scammers to put any name and phone number in the caller ID. Police advice in the report: DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE.

EH These people are selling student loans. You can not get them to stop calling. They will call up to 4 times per day, 5 days per week. My husband is 76 and I am 72 and when I called them, they asked if we were thinking of returning to school. Of course not and asked them to stop their calls. She said she would take us off the list. I wish they could have a hefty fine for continuing to call. It is impossible to block all their numbers. WE are on the do not call list which is of no use and only a large sum of money would perhaps change their practices.

These people call me and was telling me they needed money for a Verizon bill and told me they hate people that don't pay there bills. I replied with excuse me let me speak with your supervisor and he put another guy on the phone that said he was supervisor and told me to be quite and listen. Do anyone have information about this number
