I let the caller go to voice mail and then I check it.  I can hear noise on the other end almost like someone is just waiting for a "hello."

I have been receiving calls from this number for over a month and who ever is on the phone do not respond, so I stopped answering my phone when I see the number.

I got calls every day from NRA 703-398-0839---Last night they called me 4 times. When I try to call the number back you get a recording that it is a telemarketer

I get at least a call a day from this number. I answered and there was no response so there is no way to get them to stop calling. The CID is "NRA". I THOUGHT I was on the do not call list!

We have received numerous calls from this number for the past 2 weeks, and not just once a day, but up to 3 times! We have 2 small children that they have woken up and I want this to stop! They never answer and they never leave a message. How do I stop this?

Since June 3, I have received 177 calls from the NRA.  Multiple calls every day.  I have been on the DNC list since it's inception.  I have never been a member of the NRA.  I NEVER answer my phone for unknown, unavailable, out of area, known or unknown telemarketers.  Do these people ever give up??

Two calls everyday on my phone -- one in the am and one in the pm. Sometimes the # is 703-656-9939.  Other times the # is 703-656-9940.  I'm not home in the am so call goes to voicemail but no message is ever left.  When I am home in the evening, I do not answer the call.  I have received these calls everyday, including Sundays, for the last 2 months.  Do they ever give up?

Too many unwanted calls. I will call you at 3 am and tell you the president want to speak with you. (Since you were the one that call her in the first place) This could get ****, but you're use to that.

Just got a call from #703-656-9939.  I picked up..dead silence..Nothing.. I called back and it says it's the "NRA"  I ***g up on them..give em a taste of their own medicine..they called at 12:20 P.M. EST..

This phone number shows up 2-3 times daily...have called it back and they do answer NRA but I suspect that it is a company called infocision that does fundraising for different companies...can look up the website and file a complaint with the better business bureau.

CALLS WHEN i PICK UP THEY **** UP

they call every day at 9:30am prompt. They never leave a message.

THey have called everyday between the hours of 8:00am to 10:00 everyday for that last week and they also do not say anything when I answer.

We received a phone call from 703-656-9939 between 8 and 9 AM for the past four days. When we say*****o, their is no answer nor do they **** up. Five days ago it was a different number of 702-520-1271 which was another 3 days. It is truly getting old. I am not sure if this has so****ing to do with the NRA.

If this doesn't stop, lack of donation will be followed with possible dropping of membership!

I hve contributed several times to the NRA when called by htis number. Each time I recieved a thank you letter confirming my contribution from the NRA. Several times I have recieved thank you gifts such as mugs or pocket knives all from the NRA. I have researched information given to me from my contact with this number and it is always correct and accurate.

A woman who knew my name said she was calling for the NRA and asked me to listen to a recorded message from Wayne LaPierre who said they were going to take 1000’s of our guns away, blah, blah, blah and he needed money to fight Congress - then I was xfer’d to a guy who wanted me to donate $75-100 dollars to help Wayne fight Congress.  Told him I couldn’t afford it, he bad-mouthed Hillary Clinton in his right-wing sales pitch – he said the House Bill was HR 1022 – I asked him if Hillary was the author behind the Senate Bill and he said Yes. Then I asked for the bill number (S.1237). I checked Thomas at http://thomas.loc.gov/. He lied, basically. The bills are not related and she was not the author of the Senate bill. He said they were going to take away our 22 semi-automatic ****guns, pistols, etc – but I don’t get that from the language of the bill. Anyway - I told him I was too broke.  I'm a member of the NRA so I suppose they'll be calling me a lot, but I'm broke a lot, too!  HA!  Joke's on them!

Caller ID says either NRA or Out of Area. We've been receiving at least one call a day, sometimes more, for at least a month. They never leave a message. We picked up once, and no one was on the other end, but it never ***g up, either.
