Recived a call from this number. And turned out to be the wrong number!!

Well, they call back within 2 hrs. Different person this time but said they would take my name off the list within 24hrs.......believe I will s**** ****ing Capital One's general email address with these complaints: [email protected]. In addition, this needs to be reported to their fraud department. I called it back and it was, in fact, NCO Financial on behalf of Capital One. They are a debt collection agency and had the wrong number. They told me who they were trying to reach and it was someone we didn't know. We have had this same number for almost 15 years, so they politely agreed to remove my number from their database. Don't know if I believe it yet.

They called a***n today. They call all the time. Always on my cell phone. Different people here say it is Capital One or NCO financial, but I don't know. they never leave a message which I think is highly UNprofessional­! Any legitimate company would leave a message and know who the heck they are calling. If you are not that person, they should stop calling you immediately. That is what a LEGITIMATE company would do. If this is Capital One, they should spend less money on their TV ads and more money on clearing up this intrusive, irresponsible and annoying calling. However, I don't think it is them. I think it is another scammer company because they won't stop calling. I have put them in my cell phone contact list as "scammer" so I know never to answer the call. I have about 5 numbers I have marked like that. I know none of these calls are for me. I don't owe anyone any money and when I use my credit cards, I pay them off in full each month. I have excellent credit. In the early days, I did answer these calls to find out what this was about and try to get it resolved. Obviously, these people do not care about that and just want to harrass people.

They call and never leave a message.  They call from two different numbers at all hours. I have gotten calls at least every minute for an hour or so.  They are very annoying.

Unwanted and unsolicited calls from 703-656-9956 are quite frequent to my residence; Pick up the phone and there is dead silence. How am I subjectd to this if I am on the "Do Not Call" list? I want this to stop, I have my phone to be used at my discretion not for someone else's idea of entertainment.

NCO financial....

NCO financial. This is a collection agency for Capital One. They and Capital One have been calling my cell phone constantly for the last week. I finally called them both back and told them that I don't have any business with them and to stop calling. Turns out they were looking for someone that I've never heard of and I've had my number for two years now, not very efficient are they?

Calls come everyday. When answered no one is there. If not answer they **** up after three rings

I got 5 calls within an hour. Yes...it is BS. I reported them to the FTC. They have an online complaint form. I know these people are trying to steal information.

Got three calls in last two days, left no message. I quickly return the call and heard..."your call could be monitered or recorded for security purposes" then I ***g up.

This number calls everyday during the whole day. I do not know this caller and they will not leave a message. If they have a legitimate reason for calling they would leave a message. I have not and will not answer calls from this number.

Obvious computer dialer.  I get called several times / day.  I don't owe anyone  anything.

collecting on behalf of capitol one card which is not yet past due! These people are annoying, they call my cell but don't leave a message, when I do answer they **** up right away.

Two calls so far this morning, no message left.

They just s****ed with us this morning, with two calls.  No messages left and we did not answer.

They have called my number 7 times in the last day and one -half. They are apparently looking for someone we happen to know. This has NOTHING to do with me and besides that my husband works shift work and has been awakened three times.

They called about other people and wanted to know whether I knew them. They claim my number is listed as the phone number for these other people.

They are calling and leaving messages for someone other than myself, and I do not know this person. I have warned them about this before.

To the previous poster: NCO is what is known as a bottom feeder. DO NOT talk to them. Ever. Do Not Give them a credit card, check, or checking account number. EVER. Instead, take a moment to Google the phrases "Bud Hibbs NCO" and most importantly, "Bud Hibbs letter" to learn how to protect yourself from these ****s. Good luck.

NCO calls several times a day.  I have informed them that the person that they are asking for does not live here, and to please stop calling my number.

Were very rude asked for my ***her I didnt know till just months ago.. They asked some questions and said I was being recorded right before ****ing up. I called back to find out who they were.

4 calls so far today during the 8 am hour and the 5 pm hour.  Only indicates its from ******ia.  Didn't answer.  Know its bs.  Still very annoying.

Called my house and called one of my reference... my sister called me telling me that they called her.
