6-25-2011I have been rec'ing calls from this phone number, with no message. When I finally ret'd the call they claim to be a collection agency for Capitol One. The person on the other end asked for my acct # &/or SS#. I did not give them it. I said that they are the one who called me. This is when I was told that they were a collection agency for Capitol One. I said that I was not in collections w/ Cap One & ***g up. I then called Cap One to confirm that this was not legit...it's not. My advice is to not give any info to this so called collection agency. I did call back to this number & the rep a***n asked for my info. All I would give was my name, no phone number nothing. When I told the rep that they are not a authorized collection agency for Capitol One her reply (very snottly) was Oh really.

This number called me didn't leave a message so i did not pick up because i didn't recognize the number they called me 1 other time from this number and then 2 other times from a 2154413000 number and 6093731904 and still a***n they left no message i called it back and it said nco financial systems i have no reason for them to be contacting me it is the weekend let me sleep DON'T CALL ME!!!

3rd Party Debt Collector. If they are calling you it's because you are 90+ Days past due

keeps calling. doesnt respond. doesnt leave message. i have no idea who it is.

This number keeps showing up! I have NO idea who it is but I which they stop!

They have called seval times every day, when I answer they have a recording that states "please hold all lines are busy with other customers" They do not leave a message when not answered..BJ Wisher

hm, i don't owe ge money any money and they still call me 15 times a day.  i have reported them to the FTC and the FCC.

they keep calling my cell phone which was just hooked up

My caller ID identifies the number coming from Manassas VA. They have been calling us everyday, at least twice (sometimes 5) in a day for one week inquiring for the same person which we have said we do not know since the first time they called us. Lately they have been leaving messages in our phone. It is very annoying and they have, without fail, disrupted our everyday peace in our very home. Is there an existing legal action a***nst this number?

I want this number to quit calling my unlisted home phone! This number is calling late at nite and I don't appreciate late nite calls from telemarketers-debt collector's-etc from anyone! I WANT THEM TO STOP!

If you have a unlisted phone #? Why does all these telemarketers have them when your on the NO CALLS LIST? I want this number to quit calling-NEW numbers are showing up daily as UN! I DO NOT WANT TELEMARKETERS CALLING! I DO NOT WANT DEBT COLLECTORS CALLING HERE.

this number has been calling and when I answer the phone dead silence. When I called the number back, I asked who are they looking for? A Man named "Dawayne, who cant speak english" asked for my Phone number and so I gave it to him, then he asked for my Social and I told him why do you need my social? he said so he can pull up my information. I said no and ***g up

this number has been calling my phone 10-12 times a day between the hours 8am - 10pm everyday. When I answer the phone, there is no one on the other end of the line. When I call the number back, I spoke to a man Named Dawayne who works for "Encore" I asked him whom are you tring to get a hold of.  Dawayne asked for my phone number, so I gave it to him.  Dawayne said that the account for that number did not come up and that he would need my Social Security Number.  I told him, Now why in the***** would I give you my social when you can even tell me whom you are tring to get a hold of. He said because I cant pull up your information with your phone number but I can pull it up with you social security number.  I told him no and that I was going to report him and he said go right ahead, I also told him that my Husband was a Cop along with my Dad and Brother-inlaw who's a Detective, and right after I said that, Dawayne ***g-up...

This number calls my phone all day and all night. When I answer no one is on the other end, just dead silence. When I call the number back, the representatives state that the company name is "Encore" but they won't give any further information on what kind of establishment they are,(Collection Agency, etc.) In fact whenever I pressed for more info on their company, the representatives refused to answer, and just ***g up the phone on me.

Still calling my house after repeatedly telling them to stop!!!!

After 6 (ignored) calls in an hour and a half on my cell phone, I finally called the number back.  Got someone on the phone (named Audrey) who said my number was "not showing on the system," and asked me for my SSN (I refused) and then "another number" (I a***n refused).She insisted that for me to get any of my questions answered, (i.e. "why am I being called if I'm not on 'the list'?", "I shouldn't get called anymore, right?", "when you call,****uming I pick up, there should be someone on the other line who is supposed to be talking to me?", etc....) I had to give her some information.I finally asked what company it was, and she said that it was called "ENCORE" and refused to tell me exactly what they did without me (a***n) giving her some sort of my information.WOW.

Have an eighty year old friend who has had her phone messed up by this number which the computer has in some way locked her phone so she cannot get calls or make calls. And reading other posts that say its GE Bank makes sense because they are connected with Walmart and say that my elderly friend owes them money from a Walmart credit card, yet my friend has never owned a credit card, and is house bound. I have spent so much time writing, faxing, mailing letters to no avail so far. I think we will need to get my friend a new phone and a new phone number that is unlisted!

They called cell phone that I just hooked up. They didn't leave a message and I called back...Got a recoeding about how it is an important call to hold on. Got ahold of an operator gave her my phone number and then she asked for a name. Refused to give my name and asked what this company was. She said Encore and I told her I was not giving any more info and would like them not to call this number a***n because it costs me money for them to call me...And she ***g up on me..:0

They call me at least 3 times per day. The caller I.D. shows ERMI.

called numerous times, asked to verify s.s.n.(big no no, had bad address, said we had an unpaid balance on a Wal-mart Charge!  Never had a Wal-mart charge.

it's a debt collector for GE Money Bank, they are incessant.

they keep calling me also.  Like 12-15 times a day, no exaggeration.  They never leave messages and its irking me because they call so much that they scroll important missed called numbers out of queue.

call comes up as "ERMI".  I called back once and got nothing.  They don't leave a message either.

Keep calling, sometimes every 5 minutes for over half hour. no name, just unknown, I do not answer. Hve been doing this for over 3 weeks now.

Have gotten several calls from them at my work number, but they never leave a message.

If this is a debt collector, I didn't think they were suppose to call after 8:00 pm. A call was placed to my cell phone from this number @ 9:11 PM, 11/30/2007.

Called me a total of 5 times, 3 in the course of 40 minutes.

They do not leave a message but I think it is a collection agency
