calling constantly. several times a day, even on sundays.  tied with ge?I have been getting calls from them to, and I DO NOT, nor have I ever, had an account with them !

These people are calling numerous times every single day. Yet NEVER is there anyone coming on the line to talk. If you dial them back you get a recording saying all their reps are busy to hold and then no one comes on the line either!This IS harassment and very much a***nst the law!! Surely someone can get this stopped!!!I have no clue who they are why they are calling or what they even want!!

This # is related to GE Capital / Care Credit... I had an account from each. The Care Credit account was closed a few years ago and I owed on my GE Capital account and reached a settlement agreement with them. My first payment for the settlement has been made. I called GE Capital to find out why they are still referring my info to these people and the person on the other line was stumbling for her words.. I could hear her turning the pages as she was ready off of the script! And to top it off, she claimed for the first 10 minutes of our call that she had no record of my payment being made!I'm just waiting to see if they keep calling me tomorrow... if they do I will really hit the roof!

These people call constantly.  There should be laws preventing this kind of harrassment!  Limit to 3 calls aday, not 300!  I have no idea who this is.  When you answer no one is there.
