I am so sick of this number calling

NRA ?! Why in the world wiould they call me? I never touched a gun in my life let alone would want to support people having them?

This is a number used by the NRA.  I've called them 4 times, and each time they've promised to take my number off their list - but they keep calling.  I used to be a member of this organization years ago.  That was a big mistake I'll never make a***n, ever.  If they have all this money to spend aggravating folks with their fundraising, they certainly don't deserve any of mine.

I just got a call from this number and followed the directions above to be removed from the list... grrr... I don't like telemarketers.

They call every day.. they leave one that is nothing but an electronic fax type sound...I think they are using some kind of physhing/hacking technique to ***n access to your computer, if you have phone service to get online. So make sure your computer is protected if you use phone lines to get online.

I just got 3 calls from this number over the past hour or two.  They call every day, several times a day.  I also am on the Do Not call this.  How can they get away with this?

Here's the remedy....When you see this number on your Caller ID, take the phone off the hook for 5 seconds and then **** up. The phone company will bill them for at least one minute and if, enough of us do this, they will get a very large phone bill with no fund raising results. Then they might have to rethink their strategy.

they call in po-dunk in NC every day...even on Sunday evenings! When we answer, they **** up.  CAN ANYONE STOP THESE *********S??  They are cenrtainly not THE N.R.A., but a ********* organization!

I live in Michigan and I am getting the same calls, with the name NRA and the same number.  They just s****ed this week.  I haven't been home when they call, but I see it on caller ID when I check for my missed calls. They have never left a message for me either, so I have no idea what they are about.  If anyone finds out, please post it.  Thanks!

Very rude; incessant calling.  Call at all hours, shows only as out of area on the caller ID have claimed one night when answered to be representing some charity and when answered a different one, there is silence, no immediate identification of caller, pretended to be the NRA and it's a crock.  I told the one rude one 3/14/09 that if there was legitimacy to send information in the mail.

They call continuously.  We never answer and yet they continue to call.  They called us 4 times yes****ay, once the day before and 3 times so far today.  We are on the Do Not Call List.  They are harrassing us!

I get a phone call from this number at least 3 times a day every day.  If I answer, they **** up.  Most of the time I just let the answering ma****e get it because I know they're not going to say anything anyway.  Who are they and can we not report them for harrassment?

These people have called 15 times back to back. My phone had been out, and when I went to log back onto the internet, my callwave showed that they had called that many times. They need to be stopped! Can we say Desperate?

Calls twice a day, never leaves a message, for a good 3 weeks now. The caller ID says "NRA" - we do not own handguns & are not registered with the N.R.A. If I choose to pick up, it's silence for a good 3 seconds, so I **** up. I haven't bothered to wait for a voice of any kind. I live in CA.

They call weekly, never leave message. Call is from Va. I live in Ca. VERY ANNOYING!!!

This company has called every day at least 1x for the last two weeks.  When a female answers, they **** up.  Once they asked my daughter if my husband was home, but then they ***g up.  When I called back they said that they were called from some political or non profit group and I entered our number to be put on the do not call list.  Now I worry that this was a mistake.
