I get 7 to 10 calls a day on my caller ID. I answer and a voice prompts me to hold for the next available agent. I waited 10 minutes on one ocassion and no one ever picked up. I checked on the web and it appears this company is some type of collection agency. The number that show up on my caller ID is 703 656-9961.

The calls are coming from ERMI(Encore) collection agency. They have a poor track record. They have been calling my home for over three months, ten to twelve times per day. They are not calling for a legitimate debt., but refuse to stop harassing my family. I am planning to get an attorney to make the calls stop. When it is shown they are in error, I will be seeking monetary damages from this company.

it is a collection agency ignore it, they refuse to stop calling no matter what I threaten even when I confirmed it was a client using my number and I was not the person they were calling.

Calls constantly and no one answers....when I call the number back it is a recording saying hold the line for the next available person.

calls 5-8 times a day---no one there.  I don't answer anymore--just ignore it.
