These calls are from people in jail. They can hear you say*****o, then a message telling them to wait for their call to be accepted; but all you will hear is the auto message. If you don't get connected and it's just an auto message, then your phone cannot accept collect calls from jail, and the person may, or may not keep trying to call since they CAN hear you say*****o.
