Could not understand her

Caller ID said Jail/Prison. I answered and heard an automated voice saying you have a free call from an inmate at Floyd County Jail to accept press 5 to decline press 9. I've been in that Jail before and that's what you hear on both ends of the call when a call is made from booking or any other free call phone. Still strange and they asked for me by name I don't know the person, or at least I don't know a Stephanie.
