Yes, I know I'm unable to make a payment on my account, but this is total har***ment! These jerks call and leave rude messages everyday! They've even left messages on my voicemail where their holding down a button on the phone, making that loud buzzing noise for the entire voicemail. I guess they just want you to get ****ed off enough to call their number back and tell them off!?! Who knows! I do know that they are from Global CC, a collection agency of Capital One's. Hope this helps someone else!
