Claimed he was with the National Police Fundraising and they wanted to help law enforcement in this tough time. They give you the option of a gold $50 silver $35 or bronze $15 giving option. He said they were a national fundraiser out of Wyoming but the area code is for Georgia. Voice is a soundboard. You can tell because they don't respond appropriately with whats being asked or said lol
