Anonymous From what I know, this is a scam number that is treating to be a link from the cartel. Area code out of IL but home address out of Wisconsin. Needed another 30 seconds to really pin down where the call was coming from, but not really worried, it’s an often occurrence that calls like this happen.

Susan Macaulay The caller claimed that I owe money on a payday loan and that the lender will be taking me to court if I don't pay up immediately. I have never had a payday loan. When I asked for further information, she told me to contact a lawyer, that my time for settling was up. I am a lawyer. When I told her that, she said, "Good luck in court," and ***g up.

Jim I got the "Linda Crane in Canton, MO / tel # 573-288-5441 / postmarked Honolulu / I want to buy your company letter (Feb 2010).   she's obviously still at it (I see some of these report go back to 08).   I can't figure out her angle (perhaps corporate identify theft?)
