They call every day saying they are trying to collect a debt from someone that's not you. They call even if you tell them you are not that person and you don't know them. I guess they look people up in the phone directory with that last name and call everyone until they think that they have the right person.

Called our office. Caller ID says "Real Practice". His name is Rick Begando acting as if he is****ential client wanting Probate attorney. I am the paralegal in our office. Attorney will never return a call without knowing who it is and what they want. He didn't want to "reveal" anything to me. Dear Rick Begando, the attorney will not be returning your call.

****** drama, really bugs the***** out of me when they call and don't say anything. I can hear sounds in the background but no one speaks. I thought they were prank calls but I now see that many, many people are disturbed by the same annoyance. I'd like to be able to sneak up behind the caller when they are doing this and say, "Hellooooooo, are we having fun yet?"
They call at all times of the day and night. Including Sa****ay and Sunday

I rec'd the call today from 714-415-6705. They said they were a recruiting office. Wanted to know if I had certification in Payroll. I told them no that I had been trying to get info on certification. (They also said they had a position that I may want to check on)I don't know what is going on, because I don't send my resume out of state. I had recently sent a request to an agency online about certification in payroll though.
These people has been calling for my husband and if I ask who's calling they will just **** up the phone. They are rude. My caller ID does says California Sola.
They called at 9:40 PM. This is too late and unacceptable.
I know them well. ACMG is a collection agency located in Tustin, Orange county. They are a junk debt buyer (buy debt from another creditor for penny per dollar) and pretty new to this business. Their office is real small so maybe 3 or 4 workers could work in there. A legal department? That's big joke. They are not such a big organization. Calling you and saying 'trying to serve summon' is their very typical way of threatening you. They do this when they actually haven't sued you which is illegal. They may call you and claim that they are government official such as IRS. Don't fall for that. IRS never call you. In fact, almost everything they do is violation of FDCPA. FCRA. Check your credit report and see if they put anything bad on your report. Also keep check your court record. They may sue you but not serve you for long time so that you don't get enough time to answer. The names that they give you are all fake names. Do not trust anything they says.If they call you, simply tell them to, "do everything in writing and don't call.". If you says so, they MUST follow this or they are violating FDCPA.Or, get their address and send a letter to demand to stop phone calls with certified mail. This will serve you as proof if you have to sue them for FDCPA violations later.
