Lucy Received a call from this number to collect a debt they say I had from 2009. When I told them I didn't have a pay day loan from this number, he said they were going to move forward with do***entation. I said that's fine. Asked for his first and last name, he hesitated giving me his first name. When I asked for an address, he asked if I was going to keep on asking questions. I told him I needed this information for my lawyer. So I asked for the address of this place a***n and he ***g up on me.

THE LOSER THAT HAS THIS PHONE NUMBER (DENNIS J. SCHWEIGERT JR.) IS A DEAD BEAT DAD. HE OWES ALMOST $40,000 IN BACK CHILD SUPPORT. HE CONTINUES TO WORK OFF THE BOOKS TO AVOID PAYING FOR THE FOUR CHILDREN HE HELPED MAKE!!!

Fed up These *******s call many, many times. I have tried to call them back to see why they are bothering me but the call will not go through. If it is indeed allstate Insurance I will NEVER buy from them.

KATHUBODVA 888-270-2281 is from First Source, a debt collection agency (the kind that buys up debts and then goes after the individual)... I got a call this morning 716-213-4505 (out of North Tonawanda, NY) guy's name was Michael Hanerhan and the 888 number was his call back number... he left a message with a scarcastic tone for me to call back and gave me a "file number to refer to"... I'm sorry he is going to have to give me more information than a string of numbers for me to call back.

Today I received two call s from this number. The first call was to my cell phone and when I answered it was a recording saying some file on me had been forwarded to the Law Office of Vincent P. Cignarale and advising me to call them. I ***g up then they called my home phone number and left a voicemail stating the same thing. They never said what company they were calling about and when I went online I found only comments about them being scammers. I will see what my legal rights are in this matter since they are from New York and I live in California.

This place has been calling me for the last year and has given me a matter of "weeks" that if i didnt pay a debt i would be sued and all that...well to this date i STILL havent been sued...seriously do not listen to these people....they called my parents and i called them and gave them my number so they would quit calling my parents...as soon as i get a summons from the court, then ill worry about any "debt" they say i have otherwise they ain't gettin' one dime from me.

Anyone getting calls from 716-213-6191 ?  They have called someone that has the same last name as me but is on my ex-husband side of the family and been divorced 20 yeats. They are telling them that a complaint has been filed a***nst me and they are trying to help me -  It's a debt collector I know it.  He keeps calling this person and they are know getting harassed to get in touch with me.***?  Can they do this?

this is the type of thing you should report to your State Attorney General - esp if you are in a state with "NO CALL LISTS'- if you have never initiated business with them or requested anything from them then ask them to remove you from their list - then keep track if they keep calling and then report them -whatver you do -don't  give your SSN or birthday- if they have legitimate business with you they already have that info and shouldn't require that info to identify yourself - remember they are calling you so there is no responsilbilty on you to identify yourself!!

I called 716-213-0320 a***n and very young girl answered the phone identifying the company as IPM.  She stated that they are collecting for Cash Net.  After that, I called Cash Net and was told that they have not hired IPM and the collection is indeed a scam.

Got a call from this number today; stating they're looking for Steven D. Myers (sp?) regarding case number # 1637.  Told them I haven't heard of this person before...they seemed to take it at that, but will see if I get another call.
