Wanted to know who owns this phone number.

The name of my scammer was Kelvin Curt and the text message AND the email came from a hotmail account.  Same deal... sending me extra money and I need to pay the "shipper". I FORWARDED THE EMAIL TO [email protected]  I feel bad for elderly people who don't know better than to do this sort of thing.

W***ver this is keeps sending my wife inappropriate pictures of his privates and she and I dont know who it is .. We keep calling the number but know one will answer ....
