I am getting phone calls everyday, telling my son to call them.  from 718-873-9667 and told me that they have 3 counts of fraud, of loans which i know my son never got.  what can i do to get these people to stop.  I have called them requesting them to stop but they continue

I received a call at work from John Smith, by the way who sounded like he was from India stating that I needed to call him right away due to a time sensitive matter. He would't say what. He also stated that if he didn't hear from me or my lawyer he wished me good luck if I didnt' respond. Told me to call back 718-873-9667. I've reported this company over and over a***n to my supervisor, and all who works at my place of employment. These people need to be taken care of.

This is a scam number that will try to tell you that you have an unpaid loan and they try to shake you down.  They are not legitimate--don't give them any money, they can't take you to jail
