I also received a call from "Shawn Woods" about a lawsuit being filed on my name and ssn and he told me I needed to get in touch with him right away about this legal matter. He got my voice mail, so I have him voice and the message on my voice mail. I went thru this same thing about 2 months ago and contacted my local Sheriffs Dept about this matter. Feel alot better about this stuff this time around.

yes it is . as of right now they are doing the same thing to me. they have called my job and told my boss they were going to send the F.B.I. to my job and put me in jail for a year. over a 300 loan. that i do not have..... please report them to the F.T.C that is what i am going to do and the police were i live

This is a very well know scam.  They are not from the government.  Report to the FBI.  I have been getting these calls for about 1 month now.  They usually get so mad at me because I question them and tell them I am recording the conversation, they **** up.  All you need to do is tell them that they have the wrong ss# for you.  That really ****es them off.  Don't you love the all american names for people who are obviously from Idia or somewhere close by.  Good Luck

Received a call from a Tom Wilson, he stated I had got a loan from cash net. He was very upset when I s****ed to ask  him questions about my loan, telling me once I pay the loan off he will email a confirmation number. He refuse to give me any information. When ever I call back they just answer the phone*****o and get mad when I asked if this is a business. They asked who is calling and once I give them my name then they say you have called United State Legal investigations. I feel in my heart this is s scam
