General Scott It's a scam. Don't fall for it. General Scott is not a man in Iraq helping doctors. They will ask for money to replace the doctors that want to leave. They asked me for $4,000 to send the wounded doctor home. My bank alerted me through the fraud department not to send the money so I didn't.
