Simon Came over the caller ID as "Not In Service". I didn't answer. A voicemail with no message was left.

I keep getting calls from this number. They say they are a healthcare insurance enrollment center. I have called back a number of times and the *MINUTE* I tell them I want to be off their call list or that I want to speak with a manager, they **** up on me.
