This number is a magicjack (VoIP) number. It's from the Clearwater, Florida area. As to whom it is I am not sure of. Upon my recalling them from my magicjack number I was told that I could not leave a message because there mail box was full. I will now report this to the magicjack company.
Received a call from this number; there was a LOT of noise in the background on their end. I said "Hello?" and someone - sounded like a woman or a child - said "Hi"... then they ***g up.
