This is a scam, they are not a collection agency

Finally talked to a live person.  Seems they are trying to get money from me for M & T Leasing...an acc't that has been closed and paid in full with no late payments..EVER.  What gives with these people?  Call after call after call.  They don't let up.  Wanted to verify my last four numbers of the S.S.#  M & T has never had an issue with me, there would be no reason, the acc't has been satified.  Besides, wouldn't M & T contact me first?  I don't get it.  The guy ***g up on me.
