collection company
These guys are calling left and right. when i attended the call, they **** up. but when you dont pick up the phone, they left very annoying messages. i am fed up of them. I agree with all the comments from the other people about this company
I got a call from this number and it was the first time I got a call from a collection agency which is professional. The caller was very polite and understanding enough to help me sort out my debt.
Before making any judgment we must also understand these callers are just doing their job as they also have to pay their bills. Our responsibility is to call and try to work with them whatever our situation may be.
Had a very similar situation, got a call and they were looking for the person who had previously owned the number. Still kept on receiving messages and finally had to call back, controlled my frustration and very nicely explained the situation. They apologized and never received another call.I realized a little extra effort is required to make them understand whatever our situation is and they will provide us the best solution possible, its a part of their job.
If you have a valid dispute and feel you don't owe anything; instead of ignoring them you need to get in touch for someone to****ist you and stop the calls. I had a similar experience with the same agency, you just need to explain the situation and that is all it takes.
I got a call from this number asking for a person we have never heard of, I explained the situation to the caller; when asked how long we have been using the number I told him 12 years. Next morning got a message a***n from the same company, I called back and spoke with Jerry, politely explained to him the situation and was told our number would be removed from their system. I would like to thank the agent, never got a call a***n.
Instead of ****ing them off it is always better to negotiate to resolve the debt, because at the end of the day it is the money which you owe. I have come across some reasonable reps who will make the arrangement keeping in mind your financial situation.
Been getting calls from the same number but never really paid attention to it. Spoke to a lady two days ago and realized they were trying to update me about my unpaid account, not much of a big deal. Hopefully would be able to settle it with their help.
I somehow happen to come across this site while googling for some other number. I have dealt with collection agencies in the past and would like to add my experience on how important it is to settle one's debt sooner than later, it really does hamper the credit score. I have actually come across a lot of helpful agents while settling my own debts.
I was a little hesitant to call back at first, but when I did call I realized they were just doing their job and trying to collect my over due debt account. They seem to be very helpful and professional.
I suggest you call them back before calling them scam. I called them back and after providing my name they have all the information. Everything was explained to me in details by a nice lady as to why they have been calling me, they were trying to collect my over due payments which I have almost forgotten.
I keep receiving the same message...When I actually called back I came to know that it was a collections call for an unpaid debt of mine. The caller had called to update me on my unpaid amount which if not cleared in time would have affected my credit scores.I thank the company making these calls for helping me in time to keep my credit ratings unaffected.
I have been getting calls from this number since some time now and I must say that the caller has been polite enough even while leaving messages on my voicemail. We must understand that these people are helping us and should not label them as offenders. Infact the caller has helped me to resolve on my credit situation by offering me partial payment agreement which would help me sort out my credit score. We should understand that if debtors like us have not paid for the dues which we owe; these guys are just doing their job.
I have received calls for months, ignored them for months b/c I don't pay attention to anonymous callers - it was obvious they were likely a collection firm. Finally decided to look the company up via Google - they are an Accounts Receivable company (ie, collections) working for a lot of other companies. They were calling me about a $50 charge still on my old Gold's Gym account. When I called them back and explained I had recently paid the charge, they were very nice, asked me to fax the receipt so they will quit calling (they were still calling b/c Gold's hadn't notified them yet about the payment). After I faxed receipt, never received another call.Really wasn't a big deal...they're just trying to collect overdue accts. You should call them back b/c unpaid accts count a***nst your credit score unless you DO so****ing about it.

this # keeps calling my dad's cell phone... *** weird.. i called them a cpl times and the first lady was rude and asked for my information and i said i wouldn't give it to her, she then replied with "Do you want me to help you or not?" So i called her a b*tch and ***g up. The second lady was ghetto. I asked her who i was calling, a***n they asked for my dads cell # and she wouldn't give me their company name... So i asked "So this is a scam?" and she said no it aint no company like that. So i called her a ghetto b*tch and ***g up.
I need some help.I have been receiving calls from this company up to 5 times a day on my pre-paid cell phone. They have already taken up about 20 dollars worth of minutes.I told the lady I did not know the person she is looking for,she said she would remove me from the calling list yet she continues to leave me nasty messages. When I talk to her she is rude and demands I get ms.so-n-so on the phone right now.I do not know the person she is asking for.I don't know what to do,they keep calling and are getting very nasty.Filling up my voice mail on an emergency cell phone that I do not use often.I am of very low income and this woman/company will not stop with their calls. What can I do? does anyone know who this company is? where they are from? a mailing addres where I can send them a letter? If anyone can help me please email me [email protected]
Got a call yes****ay that showed up on caller id as "Woodbridge, NJ" (732-726-6494) that ***g up after one ring - I called back and got no company name, just an automatic recording asking for "what was the three-digit extension that on the paperwork you recieved in the mail or go to directory"Then I get a call from 732-726-5692 saying that they are from "First Credit Services"... and to reach extension 163 for Mr Wil***... Never heard of 'emWhatever -- Sounds like a scam
Recieved the same call, I just had my iden***y stolen about a month ago, and was told that alot of the people who have stolen info. will sell it to other ****s who will then attempt to run scams. I don't think this is a coincidence to be getting these calls so shortly after having my iden***y stolen. Unfortunetly I don't know the recourse when dealing with these kind of people, or who to call. Check "ripoff.com" there could be some info. there.
This company has called over a dozen times in the past couple of months. All they leave is a recorded message with no company name and no reference to who they are trying to get hold of. Finally a person called and stated who the message was for. I called the 800 # that she left (only because it had an ext. no. -- but no name) and left a message on the woman's ma****e. The next day when I called back she was extremely rude and claimed " that she had removed my number from the call list. Since then I have had at least 4 more recorded calls. My next step is going to be to call the state's attorney general's office and see how to file a complaint.
This has gone on to my cell phone for days. I Googled; number is unlisted in Woodbridge (Ithink I'm remembering correctly),New Jersey to some business. This morning I called back and got operator there to say name of business was "Accounts Receivable." I was finally switched to "Ron" but who refused to tell me anything unless I gave him my name and number. I'm usually polite, but I was so angry that some idiot thinks I'll give anything over the phone that I encouraged him to get off the phone with me. He did. No credible business has an unlisted number, and I have no credit problems. but if I can find anything illegal about these people, I'll contact the law. what ****s.
every day calls from this number
Often **** up phone calls.
I just received the same call this morning - no company name was announced when I called too. Smells like a serious scam to me....watch your credit reports!
We have recieved the same call from that number several times. When you call it back, you are always left on hold. i think it might be a a business that charges you by the minute to hold. The longer you hold, the more the bill adds up. Just a guess.I am not sure.
I received call from this number at my home. I called it back from a different number. The person wanted me to give him my home number which I would not do. I asked what type of company this was and was told it was a collection agency. I have no outstanding debt but was told without me giving them my home number the calls would continue at least three times per day.
I got the same exact call. No name or number. They wanted me to call and said this is not a sales call, but pertains to you. The caller had a slight Brit accent. Any idea who this might be ?
This number called my CELL PHONE at 9am, I did not answer. A man left a message for me to call him back immediately, but did not leave his name or number----
