The Callers from All American Legal Services were I Believe Tired of Leaving Messages on my VM for months , However One day I responded back on the cb No.To my Surprise the lady on other side was so patient and calm, and I was very Rude and Harsh when she asked for my Bank Details and told me that I had Taken n Online Loan from Pay Day Cash,and even Abused the Lady but she did not loose her Patience and slowly she held me with care, The call took around an hour and finally I had a huge amount to which he lady gave Monthly Installment Plan and I paid the amount with some settlement in last month and I am still in touch with her on Social Websites. Her name is Jennifer, God Bless her...........

This guy keeps calling he has a indian accent and tells me that I need to call him back regarding an important matter and if I don't there will be legal action filed a***nst me.  The call type is Unknown however, the callback # that is provided is 760-284-1418.  Should I callback and tell them that I know this is a scam and hopefully that will help minimize the # of calls I receive from them in a day?

Have been receiving calls from 760-933-**** stating he represents All American Legal Services and threatens to issue case a***nst me if I don't call back immediately.  This is a total scam, have reported to my local law enforcement agency and FTC.  Heavy Indian accent from caller.  Don't give them any information.

For one, I do not answer withheld phone numbers. The man who called me, I think his name was Dave or David, said that I needed to call him immediately and that if I didn't he "Wished me good luck cause things were going to unfold in a very serious manner." Talk about menacing.

I have received numerous calls from an unknown number. The speaker has a thick Indian accent.He asks for "Jerry Turner". He says he represents "All-American Legal Services".When asked for a call back number, he provides 7602841418. I have never tried to call this number. The latest caller has claimed to have removed me from his calling list.

i got a call from this no then i thought that this a scam but i talked aguy named steave he talked to me very nicely and said that ican give a settlement and discount and if  uthink thatu never applied for any online credit u can check  bank statements and then u can call me when i checkd my bank state ments i sw a eft of 600$ on the month of aug  and then i called him and he closed this acc on500$ its good  i like  him

well i got a call too and i was prepared to handle it the way u guys suggested me n i was **** sure that m gonna sue these guys but then when i checked my bank statement i found out that i actually got some money transfered in my account last july(when I needed it the most), well I think i gotta pay what i owe and then this agent(Dave so****ing) really helped me out in makin a settlement plan and it worked out just fine.. i dnt think its a scam.

Individual calls place of employment several times a day and leaves thretening messages with co-workers.

It is a scam.  We contacted the local PD who sent a detective.  Detective called said number and told individual that if they persisted in contacting us that it would be a violation of FCC regulations and that they would take up the matter with the local district attorney.  Guess what, since then no phone calls.  They threaten you with saying that they will have the police go to you work to pick you up and all kinds of things just to shake down money.  Stay away from these people and for god sakes don't give them a cent.
