This is a contact number that was sent to me from someone claiming to be a one (violet summers). This is also supposed to be on an app called (whatapp+). The message actually had a actual picture of said person but the content in the message was causing my suspension. I got several similar message from others within this person's circle with there actual pictures, one had a California driver's license with their picture on it.

Wants to sell an auto warranty.

I received a call from a Stephen Johns stating that I had to pay $1000.00 dollars to a company to unless I wanted to have charges filed on me for not paying a loan that he stated I had taken out. I asked the name of his company and he said it was a local Law Firm. I told him to give me the account number for the "loan" I was supposed to have taken out. He kept stalling me each time, threating to have me arrested if I didn't pay. I told him I haven't taken a loan out from Pay Day Loans. He constantly said I was a liar and I owed the money. I basically gave up and explained that I wasn't working and would they take installments. He said if I was married that he could work so****ing out with me. That if I would let him sleep with my wife and watch him with her that I would only have to pay $500.00. I immediately ***g up on him and contacted the police and they setup a tracing ma****e at my home. Sure enough he calls back and asked me if I had made my mind up but ****s up before they could trace the call. This guy even hacked our home computer and accessed our private pictures and put them on some adult sites, the police traced his IP address and it was was traced back to village in ****stan. We have tried having the personnel pictures taken down but they keep posting them on other sites. These people are even able to access your computers video camera and stream what ever is being caught on your home computer so be sure to disable your computer being remotely controlled.

An accented voice says they are from the Treasury Dept. I guess if IRS doesn't work, maybe someone would fall for this.

I got another call from someone looking for my daughter concerning so****ing with her social security card.It was the same man just a different number.this time when I tracked the call,it came from palm springs,ca.you cannot understand this person becuse he talks with very thick mid-eastern accent.He will not identify himself or what he wants,but has an american name.could'nt understand the first name,but the last name is Miller.Guess he just does'nt learn that the last time I cussed him out when he repeatedly called last month.These people just do not stop.I have talked to the FBI,U.S.Marshalls,as well as Secret Servive.They are very aware of this ongoing problem.These scammers are very hard to catch.The last time this person called,the number came from Albany,N.Y.He went by the name of Jacob Matthews.

This number has contacted me and had the same voicemail the most others have received stating that "good luck to me". Be careful and report this to your credit bureaus and such as they do have your personal information. When I told them I needed their address for my attorney to contact them they gave me a completely phony address and ***g up on me. Whenever I call back now they **** up on me. Go to www.ic3.gov to report this as this will then get the fbi involed. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY! Don't send them any money or verify anything that can get them money from you.

well I am sick and tired of getting these phone calls. I am stressed out because sometimes i wonder if it is real. But I know these people are scammers and will not ever get permission to get my money.

Justin Callers was middle Eastern, called said he was with the State Bureau Investigation. Leaves number to call back but it says all circuits were busy. So answered the next time he called. HE threatened me with Tax, and Check Fraud, along with theft and a list of stuff. First off if there was Tax fraud dont you think the IRS would contact me? Anyway said I took a payday loan with a company names Dallas Cash. Never heard of the company till now nor took a payday loan. So I tried calling the number the other day, it says it has been disconnected. I have a feeling its a Fraud.

Andy Roger Smith The Callers from All American Legal Services were I Believe Tired of Leaving Messages on my VM for months , However One day I responded back on the cb No.To my Surprise the lady on other side was so patient and calm, and I was very Rude and Harsh when she asked for my Bank Details and told me that I had Taken n Online Loan from Pay Day Cash,and even Abused the Lady but she did not loose her Patience and slowly she held me with care, The call took around an hour and finally I had a huge amount to which he lady gave Monthly Installment Plan and I paid the amount with some settlement in last month and I am still in touch with her on Social Websites. Her name is Jennifer, God Bless her...........

Gilbarto This is a debt settlement company, representing a Law Firm. I went with them to settle my debt bcz of financial hardship. This company has done an excellent job by communicating with my creditors and cutting down my debt by 35 %. They are not asking for any bank account number or other PII (Personal Identification Information). If you agree to go along with them then they will send you an agreement copy from a law firm and then proceed to settle the matters.

I keep getting a call from this number.  I called them back and they said they were 3 lawsuits a***nst me.  I have no idea what they were talking about.  I got my home address and they said they also had my SS#. How do I stop these people for calling me?

donisha I received a call from 760-284-4699 stating the following. The call was made by someone with a very heavy foreign accent and there was a lot of noise in the background like a boiler room operation. Below was the message to me, Donisha: "This message is intended to Donisha. Donisha, the very second you receive this message I need you or your attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive . My name is Jack Wilson and the hotline to my state division is 760-284-4699. I repeat it's 760-284-4699. Don't disregard this message and do return the call. Now Donisha, if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Good bye."

I also s****ed receiving calls on Friday from this number, but sadly they messed with the wrong person. I already knew this was a scam having received the same call back in April of the year from a diffrent phone number but it was the same people. This s****ed on Friday I was left two messages on Friday first from a Justin Watson atty and then at 8:30 PM from a Aaron Williams atty. (please note it is illeagle for a debt collector to leave more than one message in a day which is why most call but don't leave messages untill later calls because they can keep calling you as long as they have not left a message) The weekend was quite but then Monday I get a call from Justin Watson and a***n on Tues from Justin Watson. I kept trying to call them back because I love messing with these people the more time they are on the phone with me the less time they have to call someone else. at first I couldn't get through it kept telling me all circuts are busy, and he original number they s****ed calling me with on Friday has already been disconnected(760-284-1424).I finally got ahold of someone last night. I swear at first he said his name was john then later in the call he was Charley. I asked him to quit calling my number I knew that they were scammers and I had reported them to the FBI and my local police. He tells me "You do what you want to do and I will do what I want to do" And I said "No quit calling my phone" He then goes on to tell me "you people are di****able you take out payday loans and then do not pay them back this is why we must call you" Okay I never told this guy who I was so how did he know what my "case" was about? I informed this guy that in "America" you can not be arrested for non payment on a loan it is not a criminal matter and that perhaps they should learn our laws before they s**** trying to scam people. They guy goes on to tell me I will push to personally see your f-ing a** behing bars"  I said no lawyer would use the F word and to send the police over as I was home. Now "Charley" was frusterated telling me not to call back to this number a***n.Bottom line DO NOT Give these *****s any personal info and for god sakes do not give them Money. You can try to report to the FBI, FTC and local law enforcement but they use a s**** for there numbers so it's pretty impossible to find them and stop them more than likely they are out of the country. Just **** up on them, block their number or ignore the calls. YOU WILL NOT BE ARRESTED. Even if you did default on a payday loan you can not be arrested for that.
