i received a call saying the same thing yes****ay but from 6612464695 they were rude and abrupt .idiots.i called ftc and attorney general. they said major scam. i called them back and told them they were busted and there number is know disconnected

you need to contact your bank and tell them what is going on and make sure they will not let anyone take money out of your accounts unless it is cleared by you first. let your place of employment know as well, if need to, have them check out the payday loan blog page, you check it out too if you haven't. call social security and let them know these people have your info, plus contact the 3 credit reporting agencies and let them know. then if they call you more, simply tell them you have contacted the FBI and you will gladly see them in court.

this is a scam they have called my mom and from what i have been readin on the internet, is you need to call your bank and let them know and also let your employer know what is goin to, here is one of the other websites that i found and i also left a message there look for it and it will take you to another place to file a complaint...do not give them any information and if they call you a***n tell them that you will write out the check now and who to make it out to, i bet they either **** up on you or tell you to go western union of course dont do it but it makes them mad...lol hope this helped....http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-760-651-2610

These people called me 7 times tonight claiming I have had a Pay Day loan with sometype of US Cash or S***d Cash.  I have not had one with either one of them.  I told them I had already contacted the FBI and my attorney.  They threatened that they have a Law Suit a***nst me.  They are from California.  Can someone please tell me what I need to do.  They have all of my information.  Yes I have had Pay Day loads before but I have paid and paid and paid until there is nothing else to pay out.  I know there are alot of scams out there and they do have a foreign accent.

I received several calls today from 760-383-1481 several times today. they told me I need a lawyer and will have a lawsuit if I didnt pay the money. The caller was very abusive and threatening. I knew right off it was a scam and ***g my phone up.

This person is calling 5-6 times a day making all sorts of threats. If he coninutes I will retain attorney and file a class action suit.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! Saying they are from US Cash - a payday loan company.  Have all of my information name, ssn, place of employemnt, address.  Said I would be sent a subpeona and will have to apprear in court.  See other complaints about this number at 800notes.com
