I also received a call on Feb 23 from 760 383-3189.  The caller was a lady w/an accent (sounded Indian).  She said it was a time-sensitive matter and to call her back, not to ignore the call.  She said if I failed to return the call "God help me".  How can these people be stopped.  This IS very annoying.  The calls stop for a few weeks then s**** up a***n. It's always a different person, a different phone number, but the message is always the same.

These people keep calling my job and home. I have threated them and they wait a few weeks and s**** calling back saying to get a lawyer and they are downloading my file. How do I get them to stop harassing me on my job and home? Especially on my job.The last person to call was a James Tyler. Saying I owe money for a Cash Advance.

I received a call from a Patrick Bell from 760/383-3189, from Fort Irwin, CA.Demanding a returning call

they called saying i received a payday loan threatening me with my criminal background. said if i don't pay and i go to court the fee is over 5K. Are they scammers? i never received any type of money.

I got this same phone call several times.  They keep calling and threatening me too.  I called it back and threatened with calling the police department and my lawyer.  I told them don't call me threatening, because I don't know who they are and I cussed them out.

The people calling from this company are scammers they will try to get all your information and threaten you with sending an attorney and the law after you. They describe themselves as lawyers and you have a pay day loan with us and need to get it paid.
