Matt I'm****uming this is a debt collector because he robo-called me twice.  I finally called back and the guy who picked up the phone said, "yeah is Robin there?"  He never identified himself or his company, and when I informed him that I was not Robin, he just ***g up.  No courtesy.  No professionalism.
