Who Called: Posing as Medicare to talk about 2024 enrollment

Fake Medicare call about benefits. This same call center who is doing these calls also does solar cold calls & other scams. They always have heavy accents. They have now called 302 times since August & since they refused to stop calling, I decided to play along to see who they were.
