San Jose, CA I answered a phone call from a man with a slight Indian accent named Michael Smith. He s****ed to inform me I had been named as a primary suspect in a case by the IRS... I then ***g up. He called my cell phone back and left a message saying, "Micheal Smith. You have been listed as a primary suspect in a case filed by IRS. Call back at 786-398-9367 immediately before we proceed with any legal action. If you fail to call back we cannot be responsible for any legal action in the future. Good bye." I looked up the phone number he left on the Internet and found others have been contacted by the same culprit, and was advised to file a complaint.

got a call from this number at my office looking for me. When I asked who was calling the lady said her name was Lindsay Story and was calling in regards to a personal business matter with her office. My boss immediately grabbed the phone and asked if she wanted to be billed for the time she was going to spend on the phone with me or stop calling my workplace. She immediately ***g up the phone. No clue what this was for.

I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I don't know anybody in Florida.
