i recieved a call on monday the 11th from this company they told me i had an outstanding bil with a credit card i had years ago. my ex husband was suppose to pay this in the divorce i told these people that but they said i still had to pay? i looked them up online and found that they were right but they said i can pursue him for the balance of the card. i paid them a settlement on the account and it is now friday and i have all the paperwork i need to get that a**hole ex of mine. im glad these people called me because i am planning on buying a house and would have had to pay this anyway now it is out of the way and they helped me get my ex back

I am sure the post from misty313 is a post set up by the collection agency. Read it carefully. There is no way that this can happen because they would have to be licensed in michigan. This company is based in Florida and is actually part of a Ted Ellis Crosby conglomerate of about 7 companies. When they call me, I have A LOT of fun with them. I like to ask them if their Mommy knows they do this for a living.
