Melissa I received this text message from 765-609-1089 "Congratulations! As a thank you call 1-800-208-0658 to receive your $25 Prepaid Mastercard." When I called it (from a generic land line) to confirm, I received a woman saying "Thank you for calling the Rewards Center". When asked what company I had reached, she said "Dubli". This is a scam.
