Annoyed. From "BCBS-Texas" with my husband's name as the policy holder. 1st - we don't have BCBS-Tx, and 2nd, he isn't the policy holder. Treatment Center is also listed as "ourcity Emergency Center" (and yet, that's not the name or DBA name). Tells us to "contact Equian immediately to review treatment info, determine whether the services are the result of an accident or injury caused by another party"

Well, this number called me today. However, I have never done business with them nor have I ever completed an application. All my numbers are on the do-not-call list, so off to the .gov web site to report them for violating the list.
