Number given out by a guy named Jose Francisco Arevalo Jr, but he goes by Frankie Arevalo at 23 S. Wells Rd. Apt 102, Ventura, CA 93004. He has multiple judgements a***nst him for unpaid medical bills and is trying to duck his creditors and hide his location. He is currently a security guard with his license #6526084 expiring 11/30/22. He gives this number out on Grindr to go and meet men for unprotected *** but cannot "host" at his home because he still lives with his parents, who are being do**ed as well.

texting to ask for **** pics to be sent many times, and getting angry when compliance with demand not met, with name calling becoming a major part of the texting.

We received a call for an employee at our business and they claimed they were from the Department of Justice Back Office.  They threatened to "send people over" "sue" etc.  I let them know we are a public school and this haras*****t has been noted.  I contacted police and will keep a record if they call a***n and file harassment charges.
