According to Robo****er app this is a survey caller
Part of a bunch of calls coming from the same area in Honolulu, HI. Callers afraid to talk and mention what is their business. They call, listen, then **** up. Seems like a lot of these numbers come up daily, not from only me, but many other people I know.
Real estate scam. Claimed to be a rich buyer living in Hawaii and Palm Springs. Looking for a 10M dollar place in Vancouver Ca***a. Very creepy deep voice. Very su****ious.

I get this number calling me every morning and night. It's a recording of a male or sometimes a female. Not saying their names and what company they're calling from but that it is a very important that I call them back. Always the same message. It's annoying and I won't call back unless they state who they are and why it's important to call. It's a recording and it's not a personal call.
Scammer
paulette valentin received a call from this number, but was on another line, did not answer phone, heard about the scam so let it go to voicemail
I was wearing hearing protection, as someone nearby was playing loud t****y noise, so I barely heard the phone.

Most city numbers go through this one. Mine was for an interview with a city office. Its a phone tree root so that people can't call up specific people and bug them
