Left message on my elderly mother's answering ma****e, mentioned the name Rachel and so****ing about a delinquent account. After 3 automatic call backs and an extra $6.00 in charges on her phone bill, I get a female who said she didn't know what I was talking about and it was a private phone number. The incident occurred Aug 30, 2010 around 3pm.

Gloria, called said that she was the manager, does not have a boss, and that work for visa/mastercard, is "one company" there number is 1-800-visa 911

Same thing here, got a call from this number & didn't answer.  They left no message.  Tricky because we have elderly relatives in FL.  Thanks everyone, I'm glad I didn't pick up!

I got a call and thought it was a scam. Lower my % rate on my credit card? I e-mailed the number to my credit card people and it was a scan. So watch out.

Another one of the ripoffs known as "Card Services" that tries to get your personal information. Human parasites that restort to thievery vice getting a real job.

Said they were with card services so I just ***g up. sounds like phising to me.

Left a recorded message about some "charges on my CC," I don't even have a credit card. Definately some sort of scam.

I just received a call from this number and pressed the 9 when the gentleman answered I told him I wanted off of his call list and he ***g up on me.  This is obviously a serious scam.  Trying to get our information and to lower interest rates they say.  Please pass this along and let your credit card companies know.

Got an unsolicited call today from this number 813-305-5214.  I had a ***ch that this was a solicitation, did not answer ... no message left.  Given the list of people who have reported the call, I think my ***ch was right.Lesson for everyone:  You don't have to answer your phone. If you don't recognize the number, don't worry, if it's important, they will leave a message.  Finally, use this wonderful service.

this is getting old, have ask to be taken off thier calling list, I am on the do not call list and have been for a long time, but they still call. when I call back they **** up on me...want this to stop

Caller ID was 813-305-5214. I faked being interested but leery of giving my account numbers when I didn't initiate the call. They then gave me this 800 number. If you try to talk to a human on this number, you can't get through without entering a VISA number. They quoted Obamas act and said it wouldn't be reasonable for them to try and scam me since I wouldn't be held accountable for the money any way. They also said that by pushing 9 to initiate the call, I authorized them to access my accounts. They seem to c****e phone numbers regularly and this seems to be their latest.

All the caller ID says is cell phone in Fl. This stuff needs to be stopped. We never answer these. But usually get 3-4 a day sometimes.

Got call a***n and pressed 9. Guy said got call because you have more than $3,000 on Visa or Master Card.  He knew my last name!  Said they service over 551 banks.  Mentioned Bank America Card Members. Says it is in terms and conditions that they can call.  (I have opted out of all solicitations on all my cards.)When I told him that we paid ours off monthly, he said pay the bill in its entirety or pay the minimum payment.  I said the entire amount and he ***g up!  Must have thought there was a tracer on the line. Talked to my credit card companies and trying to get their fraud departments to investigate.

Received call from 813-305-5214.  It was recording of Rachel calling about lowering interest rates and to press '9'.  I knew it was scam but keep trying to catch them so I pressed '9'.  George answered and I asked what company it was and he said 'Visa Card member services'.  I asked why they were calling and he ***g up.  Called back and said 'the person that you have called is unavailable' in both english and spanish.  then stated 'message to switch zero five three' and disconnected.  Reporting to http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm, www.whocallsme.com and www.donotcall.gov.

missed the call

id caller showed it was a cell phone from FL did not leave msg i am tired of telemarkerters calling my home asnd now they are s****ing to use cell phones to get people to answer their house phone .....s*** bags....if i dont know it i dont answer... one  i did answer and after they s****ed to say so****ing i turned up my speakers on my radio and put the phone next to it and blasted their ears never got a call back from that telemarkerter a***n lol.....

Called and caller ID says was a cell phone number.  ****up.  No message left.

Incoming call on landline. Recording was cut off (not stating what credit card co) then stating my rate could be lowered. Picked up phone & prompt said to press 9, I asked what cc company it was then they ***g up!

Just got a call from woman that said she was mailing out package for my daughter to help her with SAT's and did not know my last name is different from my daughters, did not meantion School name once. I replied to her "is this going to cost me money she said yes and she wanted to explane the package more and then I told her I have never heard of such thing and I knew nothing of her and was not giving her money over the phone... Well U guessed it... she ***g up!Oh and I heard voices like telemarketers in background.

Received a call...refused to answer...left no message....called ID indicated call was from Florida.  I am on the DNC list so why do mI get calls from these crooks ?   They need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Just got the same call, pressed 9 and when I asked what card they were calling in regards to they ***g up. They knew my name and address though which is very troubling...

Got call from this number, left no message. Shortly after got call from 5672484400, different area code so probably unrelated, but odd.

Caller said wanted to reduce interest rate on my Visa card. After receicing my credit card number, etc. she put me on hold. When she returned to phone I tried to ask her specific questions and to repeat. Her tone of voice became defensive, loud and IMPATIENT. Didn'nt she realize I still had questions that needed clarification? Hope this call was not a scam. Number 9108

calls all the timeand if asked claims to be the holder of my credit card. when pressed they don't have a clue who i am and end up ****ing up on me. just trying to get card business and ignore do not call list.

Trying to find out who owns this number.
