Suspecting it a scam, I did not return call. No caller Voicemail. I googled and found this Number Guru site that confirmed my suspicion.

Cathleen Figura has been complaining about this number online while blaming John Cusack repeatedly via intimidation tactics regsrding the online scammers who have stolen Mr Cusack’s photos on Instagram & twitter. She has been coercing Mr Cusack online via twitter & facebook with her case of online scammers that have NOTHING TO DO with Mr Cusack who is clearly the victim here. We suggest Ms Figura contact her local FBI office as well as Police Department DIRECTLY to file a LEGAL report to be thoroughly investigated by authorities instead of defaming a celebrity via her various alt accounts- including most recently: @figura_cm on twitter. Mr Cusack, his fans and friends have reported and blocked accounts that are harassing him including her alt accounts. Stalking is against the law. Felony stalking laws exist in California. Please deal with your “Ana Gnomes” complaint via the Police Department & the FBI. We wish Ms Figura peace on her life journey of acceptance of these well-documented facts. We hope Ms Figura will seek justice against an alleged “Ana Gnomes” scammer via the FBI & Police Department. Law Enforcement must handle her case. Thank you.

Claimed to be from CitiBank, wanted info from me, told them no and I’ll call CitiBank. CitiBank had no record of any problems or calls to us. They’re investigating as a scam number.

Citibank collections. Their actually just very aggressive calling any number they can find. This was about my dead step/fathers account.

Call and leave message saying call citi about your account. When I answered phone I asked who is calling and they hang up on me. I start getting calls from 8:30 am in morning 2 or 3 times a day

It's Citi Bank calling regarding a late or missed payment, it doesn't necessarily have to be a Citi Bank Credit Card, they have cards for other companies such as BestBuy. They are so annoying because most of the times they just hang up as soon as you answer.

Spoke real fast on the message sound like a gay Filipino. ???bring jobs to America so we can understand what the f they are saying!!!

It's Citi Banks collections dept. and there's 1 of 2 reasons why they're calling you; you're late on a payment (i.e. credit card, car payment, mortgage, etc.) or they have your phone # from the previous owner/user as the contact #. Either way, you need to contact them in order to get these computer generated calls (hence the delay before a live person answers) to stop.

Over 25 calls from this number on my caller id in the last 10 days, all are hang ups and no one there. At this point I don't care if this is from Sh-tybank or the Pope, this is beyond harassment. If any "normal" individual called one person this many times and did this they'd be in court for making prank phone calls. I wonder what would happen if we all reported this to our phone companies, police departments, etc? I wonder also if we could take out restraining orders for these harassing phone calls?

Today I received 2 calls (8:30 am; 3:03 pm); yesterday, 6/29/11, I received 4 calls (8:21 am; 2:05 pm; 4:48 pm; 5:37 pm); 6/27/11 I received 2 calls (8:52 am; 7:56 pm); 6/26/11 received 2 calls (1:46 pm: 5:39 pm); 6/25/11 ( 1:26 pm); 6/23/11 (8:18 am; 6:33 pm). A couple times when I picked up, there was no one there. A few times I got a recording on my voice mail asking for me to call them back. I am unable to talk to anyone to tell them to stop calling!!
