They call every day around 11am on my CELL Number! I just don't answer it if I don't know who is calling! I'm in Connecticut.

I got a call with heavy breathing. Another was silent

I answered this call a month ago and the caller identified himself as being from citibank and that i was behind on a payment. I have several citibank accounts so this was plausible. i told him i would **** up and make the payment to citibank directly. he said if he took my payment over the phone he could waive a fee for me. he was not able to give me my account number, but he did know how many accounts and the balance. whenever i asked for more specific info he said so****ing about his system not being able to get that info. then he asked for my security code on the account. he suggested this was my mother's maiden name. ******ly i gave it to him. then he asked for my checking account routing number and account number and i said i'm not comfortable with this.at some point i said i was busy and had to go so i asked if i could call him back. he said no but he could call me back after he went on a break. that is STRANGE! he seemed kind of floored that i wanted to call him back. he s****ed spouting a***n all the stuff he knew about my account. we ***g up and after that i looked up his phone number. some poeple thought it was citibank and some thought it was a scam. when he called back we discussed payment and i told him i didn't want to give him my info. then i ***g up and since then they have called anywhere from once a day to 20 times a day!!! i want to spam these people bac**** feel free to call this man and do it!!

I receive a phone call from this numbers, it seem an automatic system, ***ody answer. Any information about this number?
