It’s a scam
Definitely a scam. They leave an automated message about my ssn that I've gotten from multiple different numbers from multiple different states.
They leave an automated message threatening legal action but do not indicate who is calling. Called back and spoke with a foul-mouthed crook claiming to be with the SSA and asking my name. When I said the SSA would not be calling me he got NASTY.
