Spam call from India about a "Problem with a Windows computer"

Bob, or is it? They called my house @ 9:30pm and was telling me about how my Windows computer was downloading viruses, etc. I played along and wanted to see what they wanted me to do. This guy (Bob...but, obviously NOT Bob) was telling me to go to this file and that file and then to run a program...he s****ed telling me a program code for me to type...a***n, I was just saying like "ok..i just typed it...ok i just did that...."...just to see what he wanted but not actually doing it. My guess? He probaby wanted to put spam or so****ing on my computer or so****ing. This company is a bunch of a##holes.
