They called my house @ 9:30pm and was telling me about how my Windows computer was downloading viruses, etc. I played along and wanted to see what they wanted me to do. This guy (Bob...but, obviously NOT Bob) was telling me to go to this file and that file and then to run a program...he started telling me a program code for me to type...again, I was just saying like "ok..i just typed it...ok i just did that...."...just to see what he wanted but not actually doing it. My guess? He probaby wanted to put spam or something on my computer or something. This company is a bunch of a##holes.

Caller said the name of the company was Tech Z and they received error reports through windows of my computer because I downloaded something 2 weeks ago. I told them that they would need to talk to my husband since I don't know much about this. He had strong accent (I think he was from India) and he said my husband can call him back at 832-426-3663 and his name was Mark Andrews (he did not sound like Mark Andrews!) :)

Caller said name of company was tech z and they were monitoring many error reports from my windows computer. I told them that I was not a customer of theirs, knew nothing of their service and if they were monitoring my computer they **@@** better stop. They hung up on me. Have a good day!
