100% SPAM. Call us at 11:40AM, 8/18/14. Caller ID said "NEIGHBOR" even though it was a LONG DISTANCE number, although, technically, New York State is a 'neighbor' to our state. Ninety-seven second RECORDED MESSAGE LOOP of a woman's voice just saying "If you do not wish to take advantage of our special offers and wish to be placed on our DoNotCallList, just press 'one' now." Of course I DID NOT 'press one' because that would have CONFIRMED our number to them. Of course they did not say WHOM they are or WHAT "offers" they were 'offering'. Caller: "NEIGHBOR" on CID (NOT!)
