This man "Mr Cooper" has called me 4 times telling me I have to tell a friend to contact him.  He threatens to take me to court with "him" my friend is a female if I don't give him the message.  He has a very heavy Indian accent so I can't understand most of what he says. He claims my friend owes him money and used me as a reference, so I'm obligated to tell "him " to call. If I don't I will be in the courthouse with "him". The number comes through as unknown so I don't answer he just leaves a message with this phone number.
